Yes! Residents who own a vehicle, have current insurance, and hold a valid driver’s license are eligible for a covered parking space. We understand that driving is more than transportation – it’s a way to maintain freedom, routine, and spontaneity. For those looking to continue enjoying the open road, either in a sports car, SUV or anything in between, we have a place for you and your car.
Yes! You can enjoy time with your friends and family, and they can even stay overnight.
We have some common-sense rules regarding visitors and children that vary by area of campus to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our residents.
Yes! Pets are part of the family and are allowed within residences and specific areas of Freedom Village.
We have sensible policies and restrictions on pets that help ensure a safe, clean and peaceful environment for all residents.
We provide normal maintenance and repairs for the unit, as well as the mechanical systems and components, such as plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen appliances at no additional charge.
Alcohol is available in our dining rooms and in our Pavillion during social hour – and certainly in your home. Remember, Freedom Village is your home!
Freedom Village is a non-smoking community, and as such, smoking is not allowed in common areas and residential units. There are designated smoking areas on campus.
A key benefit of Freedom Village as a Life Plan Community is the assurance of a continuum of care right on campus. If your health needs change, you can effortlessly transition between the different levels of care. If you need short-term care, you can transition from Independent Living to temporary support in our Health Care Center, which includes Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation (plus physical therapy), and then return to your apartment once you are well. If you need a long-term solution, you may transition to the most appropriate care level on campus. This seamless on-site access to support for daily living provides essential peace of mind, ensuring your long-term care needs are met within the comfort and familiarity of the Freedom Village retirement community.
Your independence and privacy are important to us, too. At Freedom Village, you make your own decisions about how you live. Activities are always available, so you can join in when you want, and you can enjoy the privacy of your own home when you want. The choice is yours.
The residential agreements have flexibility built in to accommodate you in the event you decide to make a change within a reasonable time frame. While we would hate to lose you, it's your decision. Request additional information and review the residency agreement to gain a deeper understanding.

Understanding the financial structure of a Life Plan Community is a key step in your financial plan. At Freedom Village, the fees cover more than just your residence; they guarantee a lifetime of comprehensive and coordinated care, from Independent Living to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing, all on one campus. This Guarantee of Services and Care for Life provides a critical safety net, allowing you to live life to the fullest.
Independent Living (Life Plan Pricing)
Independent Living is secured by a refundable entrance deposit starting at $112,000 (90-day refundable). Monthly fees start at $3,300 and include a completely refurbished apartment, a Guarantee of Services and Care for Life, and a lifetime 25% discount on both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services.
Assisted Living (Life Plan Pricing)
Assisted Living is offered at an all-inclusive monthly rate of $6,356 for a private suite. This covers all living expenses, including your suite, meals, and care, along with a Guarantee of Services and Care for Life. The only additional charges are for incontinence care, a landline phone, and personal laundry.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage you to personalize your residence to make it your own and reflect your unique style. We want your apartment to feel like home, which is why we invite you to bring your own furniture, treasured belongings, artwork, and all the personal touches that create a familiar and comforting environment. While there are some structural restrictions, residents may customize their apartments with new paint colors and new carpeting, allowing them to tailor the look and feel of their living spaces within the retirement community.
