Assisted Living
Our monthly all-inclusive rate for a private suite is $8,056. Freedom Village residents receive a reduced rate for assisted living services.
The Freedom Village Assisted Living pricing is all inclusive! There are no extra charges based on care points or care levels. The only potential additional costs are incontinence care, landline phone and personal laundry.
Please be sure to educate yourself on all the maximum costs at other assisted living communities.
Entrance Deposits
The one-time investment entrance deposit starts at $111,000. Entrance deposits are returnable to you or your estate. Choose from 3 great options: amortized over 25 months to 0%, 50% or 75% returnable. You may tailor the returnable plan that best suits your asset position and estate goals.
